Chances of flying a LearJet!!!?

If you got all the licenses and certifications to fly multiple engine aircraft what would be the chance of you flying a LearJet? I know being able to fly and rent a Beech is easy but I hear if you want to fly a LearJet (say 45 or 60) you have to go to a school in Texas and pay $10,000 to be checked off even if I did that what would be the chances of getting hired or being able to rent a Learjet?

pretty much any turbine operated aircraft your screwed on unless you got a large amount of hours as insurance the hardest thing to get if you are low hours. even jet helicopter you need over 1000hours or so before the insurance gets to a rate that cheaper than your pilots licence. even with all the ratings you wont if you don't have the hours you wont be insured and no one will rent a plane that worth multi millions uninsured unless they are idiots or have so much money they don't care if it is written off.
