Gear Airplane Model

With so many airshows going on throughout the year one that is dynamic and guaranteed to hold the attention in every way is held at Dunsfold, the Wings and Wheels aircraft and race car show is certainly one of first class. The home of the Top Gear television program certainly packs a punch when it comes to entertaining a crowd. Essentially Dunsfold is a low key privately owned aerodrome used mainly for testing, repair, and a variety of aircraft operations, but on the day of their annual prestigious airshow it becomes a buzzing hive for all kinds fuel driven activities.
I arrived just after 8am as I believed this to be early enough to gain entry and experience some of the other attractions available prior to the main display getting started. The site consisted of various facilities such as numerous types of food stalls to cater for every taste, then there were the aircraft related stools and simulators that are spread far and wide throughout the site, the stools sold everything from a model aircraft to a flight in a display aircraft with the Blades Display Team.
Needless to say the day is a great photographic opportunity in every way, as the show starts with the racing of modern and old high performance cars up and down the runway, followed by a precession of worldwide military vehicles, both offer some very great advantages and views for good photographs. Then it is time for the main event so taking a collapsible seat was a real must. Once the airshow began it was a real buzz right from the very start, it seems like one of those great firework displays where the climax builds and builds until you do not think it could possibly build anymore, and then something goes and tops the entire thing to blow your mind.
Well the aircraft display is very much like that only better in my thinking. This is an ideal time to gain some really genuinely top pictures so keeping the lens caps off and batteries topped up so as to not miss a single minute. A really nice day out and treat for the whole family, on top of that it is pretty reasonably priced, which always makes it more enjoyable. Dunsfold was a really worthwhile airshow that was certainly enjoyed by all.

plastic model airplanes?
I'm looking for a plastic model airplane of a 1961 Cessna 172. It is also known as a 172B and Skyhawk. The model I need does not have a rear window, and has a fixed landing gear.
Anyone know where I can find it before XMAS???
Try the model manufacturer first to see if it is still available.
