Unfortunately, for airline companies, the passenger airline industry is characterized to be one of the most customer-sensitive industries in the world. Declining sales of airline tickets has often been a problem, even for the bigger airlines. There are many factors that could cause this; among which are increase in air travel costs, threats of air safety, preference of customers for land travel, and even weather.
