Old brass belt buckle w/ a clip on the backside has worn down.Where could I take it to get fixed?

Basically, I have an old solid brass belt buckle that I love. It's very old, and has been worn so much that it wont stay attached to the belt anymore. On the back there are two small little hooks (for lack of a better term). The hooks no longer connect anymore because it's so worn.
My question is, what kind of store/repair shop could I take it to to get fixed? Thanks!

Try the brass instrument repair tec at your local GOOD music store. We have the tools... it is just a question of if you can get them interested in the job or not... it would be a nice break from taking dents out of trumpets. After that try a jewelry store, they need to have a proper torch though. Good luck.
