a few months back my friend that was in the army got killed in iraq i needed a ticket to get to the funral i found a so called travel agent on the net told him i got 300$ i need to get to a military funral and we made a deal for SWA airlines to get me there and back date of flight get to the airport next thing ya know no tickit and my money is gone i have his name email adress and phone number i know how to find him i will sue him but can he be charged as a criminal and he wasent who he said he was hes a punk a 22 year old con taken money from good people he wont pay me back and he avoids me alot he claimed to be a travel agent and wasent he owes me 250 im in houston texas i missed my best friend of 20 years i missed his funral what do i do?
have you really not reported this to the police? should have done that the day of. now he has had months to cover his tracks. have you got all the emails and receipts, etc? you will need documentation.
