Urbanology are one of the more recent t-shirt companies to come to the attention of the Australian consumer in recent years.
Like many of their peers, Urbanology take the styles of 70s /80s USA to put out a retro feel to their tees.
The company states: "Urbanology hits the street with true street style, comfort and credibility. It's not just a label, it's a life style of partying, good times, late nights with an urban trash vibe". And who am I to argue?
The company's logo is reminiscent of old Specials album covers. Favouring simple black and white over a multitude of colours. In the top right of the logo, Urbanology is written. Urban in a futuristic font and ology in a more modern type face. In the bottom right of the logo is a 6 squared chequerboard.
The t-shirts are all 100% cotton so you can be sure of a t-shirt that will last you a long time.
Designs on offer include "Cancun Mexico", "Cutters" and "Monkey Punch". The Cancun tee is reminiscent of a souvenir t-shirt from the 80s. Available in a faded black colour with Cancun Mexico written across the chest in a "futuristic" 80s font (if you get what I mean). In the background is a silhouette of palmtrees and a horizontal blind effect.
The Cutters shirt is a fan shirt for a make believe 80s ice hockey team called the Union city Cutters. The teams name is against a red circular background with a silhouette of an Ice hockey player coming towards you.
Monkey Punch, available in "juicy melon" colour. Has a Japanese style to it. Across the chest are the words "Monkey Punch" in a cartoony font. There are also Japanese characters and some german text.
Do you think High heels (peep tow) look good with a black tee shirt- and jeans?
can you dress up an outfit a bit with some heels (not real high, just average heels)
i think heels with jeans is one of the best looks out there. whether i am wearing a dressy top or just a tee, i love to have heels on. skinny jeans are obviously the "in" thing right now and look great with heels if its right for your body type. I would suggest wearing boot cut jeans with heels though. it just makes for an extremely flattering, elongated look. skinny jeans are always great to tuck into some high heeled knee high boots..that makes for a great look with a tee as well. experiment with different shoes, different cuts of jeans, and casual or dressy tops. love it! throw on those heels, girl!

So tonight we're having spaghetti and meatballs for dinner, but i'm a vegetarian so i was trying to think of a substitute for the meatballs....do you think it would be any good if i just took spicy black bean burgers and rolled them up into balls? lol. or do you have a good, easy recipe for vegetarian "meatballs" thank you!
That sounds soooooooooooooo good! There are other recipes too! Try anything that comes to mind!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
i made these "meatballs" tonight and they were fabulous! i also figured out the nutrition of them and one meat ball is only 37 calories and 4 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber! wow!
i added marjoram, thyme, garlic powder instead of raw garlic, and nutritional yeast aswell. (i didnt have tomato juice either so i just mixed tomato sauce and water for the tomato juice it called for) but one thing i would change is cut back on the salt. it calls for 1 tsp of salt, i would have used only a couple dashes or half a tsp instead.
im going to make the "meatloaf" this week sometime. ill post about how it is! (ive been craving for a long time a vegan loaf like this that tastes like my moms old meatloaf. im very excited to try it.)
ive just discovered textured soy protein and how great it is, how much nutrition it has (ive been on the search for lots of different vegan proteins that are really high in protein but not too high in calories) and ive been making lots of stuff with it. hence why i found this recipe for the balls and loaf.

Company logos are part of our cultural fabric. Consider how the Lacoste green crocodile, the Guinness harp, the springing kangaroo on the tail fin of a Qantas airliner are immediately identifiable and convey a message of quality. Logos have become part of the commercial landscape for a very good reason - an effective logo design can brand a company product in the consumers' minds and to build customer loyalty.
So what exactly is a logo? The word is short for logotype and it's a sign that serves to identify a product or company. Because people respond emotionally to images, the right logo builds credibility and conveys professionalism.
So how do you find an effective logo design company? Logo design is a part of graphic design. In fact it's one of the most important areas of graphic and also the most most difficult to get right. This is because logo design requires not only artistic creativity, but also a deep knowledge of the culture of the day. The latter enables designers to develop appropriate logos for any field of business from centuries-old Scotch whiskeys to the latest biotechnology products.
For a logo to be both attractive and effective, it needs to be visually pleasing and memorable and effectively convey the the essence of your product or company to your target audience. So company logo design demands both artistic skill and business knowledge.
Before contacting a logo design firm you need to be clear about the image you wish to present. Plus you want to think about what colours best represent your company. Logos are of several types. They can be text-based, illustrative (an image that represents what your company or product does), iconic (abstract image), or a combination of all.
As for design, the best maxim is 'the simpler the better'. Look at the classic minimalism of Google's logo, for example. See how effective and memorable it is. Remember a logo has to grab attention immediately. Complex logos bursting with metaphor are likely to result in confusion.
When you have a clear idea of the type of logo you thing would fit your needs, contact a firm to design one for you. You can choose a graphic design firm but it makes to sense to have your logo created as part of a whole branding package. For this, you would need to approach brand development consultants who can advise you on all aspects of corporate image development including corporate logo design and business logo design. You might even get Free logo design as part of the package.

can i wear a hat to high school volleyball tryouts?
I'm trying out for HS volleyball as a freshman, and my hair is super short. It's long enough that I can put it in a little pony tail, but short enough to wear I have to put bobby pins in my hair to keep it from falling out of the pony tail. Can I/Should I wear a hat to try outs? If so, does it matter what kind?
what if I wear the hat so that the bill of it is backwards?
A head band would work the same if not better. Because you an lose sight of the ball while hitting or setting if you have a hat on, the bill backwards or not.
A head band will keep your hair back but still allow you to see everything.
