Both the patient and the doctor often don't recognize an ovarian cancer warning sign until the cancer is in the advanced stage.
Often once the cancer is identified; it will have already spread throughout the body and occurs in 70-75% of patients diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Recent studies have proven that ovarian cancer indicators aren't as entirely undetectable as originally thought.
There are some typical warning signs of cancer of ovaries that women should be familiar with.
The issue with ovarian cancer warning signs is the fact that they can resemble the symptoms of other common ailments that aren't linked to cancer. This is why it can take awhile for a doctor to determine if a physical symptom is actually linked to ovaries.
It is unknown what percentage of starting stage actually results in symptoms that are detectable. This means it is difficult to determine if women actually had symptoms before the cancer started spreading. The good news is that 90% of women who are diagnosed with Stage 1 ovarian cancer are those who went to their doctors before diagnosis.
Often the warning signs associated with this cancer are nonspecific and can be mistaken for other illnesses. For example, urinary problems and fatigue aren't sure signs of cancer because they can be a signal of many different ailments.
This is why many health care professionals are apprehensive to publish the symptoms associated with ovarian cancer since there is the chance to people will misdiagnose themselves because of the commonality of the symptoms and other health conditions.
However, it is important to educate yourself about various women specific illnesses since knowing the signs can save your life if you are diagnosed in the early stages of the cancer.
If you are aware of the signs associated with ovarian cancer, you can at least be aware of the risk of having it when symptoms start to show up.
Take a look at some of the major warning signs linked to ovarian cancer:
o Abdominal swelling/bloating
o Back pain
o Difficulty breathing
o Fever
o Fatigue
o Gastrointestinal problems
o Inexplicable weight gain/loss
o Loss of appetite
o Pain or pressure in the abdomen/pelvis or during sex
o Urinary problems
o Vaginal discharge or bleeding
Of all the symptoms linked to ovarian cancer, abdominal pain not linked to diarrhea or nausea and lasts over two weeks is the most common sign. This symptom is present in 22% of cases while 18% of cases have urinary problems that continue to get worse.
Less than a fourth of women with this ilness have gynecological symptoms. This is why most doctors don't first consider cancer diagnosis when patients complain of symptoms. In many cases symptoms are similar to gastrointestinal or urinary tract problem.
If you experience any of the symptoms listed above it is a good idea to talk with your doctor when the symptoms last over two to three weeks.
Ovarian cancer warning signs must be recognized as soon as possible but you have to know that Knife Is Not Your Only Option, Chemo Is Not The Best Treatment.

Can helicopter rotors fly apart this way or is it just a movie?
I saw part of a James Bond flick where he was being chased by bad guys in a helicopter. It looked bad for Mr. Bond until he grabbed about a six-inch diameter piece of wood (like a bit of a downed tree limb) and tossed it up at the nearby hovering chopper. When the big stick hit the big rotor, the blades disintegrated and Bond was saved...again.
Would a chunk of wood really destroy a helicopter in the air? If so, are there any dangers from large birds getting swept up in the blades?
The James bond thing is completely fake because nobody would be able to throw a hunk of wood up against the incredible downward airflow that the rotor creates.
But, shattered blades could happen. Think of spinning a weight around on a string, the string would be under tension and if the string isn't strong enough it will break. The portion of the rotor closest to the center is under tension because it is holding the rest of the blade from flying off. Since the rotor spins so fast, the tension in the blade is very high. If anything impacts the blade enough to cause a crack, the crack will immediatly grow and split the blade completely apart.
However, the blades are designed to be strong enough that it takes more than a bird to crack them.
Take a look at this picture of a helicopter in flight, and a puff of feathers that was a bird about 1 second before the picture was taken.
Air travel sector in India is quite impressive and it is increasing day by day. After the deregulation of aviation industry many domestic flight services emerged in last some years, thus providing passengers various options to choose from.
Currently in India, there are 6 full service airlines, out of which 5 are privately owned and 1 is operated by Government of India. In addition to these there are 5 low cost carriers that are privately owned by different business groups.
Top five domestic air service providers in my point of view are:
1. Air India: Air India is government owned airline service of India headquartered in Mumbai, the financial capital of India. Air India is best domestic service provider in India as well as 16 largest airline of Asia region. It connects almost every major city of India.
2. Jet Airways: Jet Airways India is the biggest airlines of India with largest fleet size. With its quality services it has captured around 23% share of India aviation market. Excellent in-flight services and other facilities have established it as premier player in its field. JetLite, previously known as Sahara airlines is also owned by Jet airways.
3. Kingfisher Airlines: Owned by UB group, Kingfisher airlines is another full service airlines with 15% share in Indian domestic market. Connecting 40 destinations in India Kingfisher has youngest fleet in India with an average age of 2 years.
4. Indigo Airlines: Indigo is owned and operated by Interglobe, and is one of the best low cost airlines services of India. They have captured 11% share of Indian domestic air services since its inception in 2006.
5. SpiceJet Airlines: SpiceJet started its operation in 2005 and now it covers 10% share of domestic air travel in India. Connecting most of the capital cities of India, SpiceJet if know for cheapest airfare available. So if you have a tight budget, consider SpiceJet.
In addition to these there are some other flight service providers such as Kingfisher Red (previously Air Deccan), Go Air airlines, Paramount airways, Jagson airlines etc that are providing best domestic services in India.
Do they sell spare clips for the Electric M706 British Air Service Airsoft Gun.?
My clip has been damaged and i was wondering if you could buy just the clip not the whole gun again. This really was a great gun and i would be saddened if i couldn't use it because the clip broke. All help is Welcome. Thanks in Advance.
yes, the gun you have is more commonly referred to as a G3 SAS because it is a shortened G3 rifle. http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=60_61&products_id=3604 That magazine might work, look at the pictures to see if it is the same as the MAGAZINE that your airsoft rifle comes with. (clips are devices to hold bullets to feed them into magazines)
MMA punching bag is indeed a must for a boxer as it provides ample training and help to improve their boxing skills and martial arts skills. These specialized bags are available under the Everlast brand and come in different colors like yellow, blue, red, and black. The weight ranges anywhere between 50 lbs to 150 lbs. One can choose from the different types of MMA punching bags that are available…Teddy Everlast uppercut bags and Muay Thai workout bags. One can get the full MMA kit too in the form of Everlast punching bag along with gloves; the swivel and heavy duty chain so that they can safely hang it and practice the sport.
The youth MMA punching bag is an added attraction for serious boxers as they get a double end bag on which they can practice or get trained. Everlast punching bags have been in existence for almost a century now and with every passing year have only improved upon the entire range of products keeping the comfort and safety of the boxers in mind.
With the Muay Thai Everlast punching bag, one can train just like a professional from the luxury of their own home. It is a tall heavy bag which comes with ceiling and floor fixtures. Another great Everlast punching bag is the Teddy Everlast Uppercut bag which comes in two parts. The upper part has a larger radius when compared to the lower part facilitating training under different angles so that the boxer is well prepared when he encounters a similar situation in a real fight.
The Everlast punching bags which are available under the MMA punching bag tag offer tremendous scope to practice different uppercuts, jabs, crosses, punches and hooks so that the boxer is adequately equipped to quip with the right kind of a counter move.
Does anyone have any ideas for recycling or reusing the little square plastic tags that are on bread and bun plastic bags? Or do you all just chuck them out? Also, can they go in the recycling bin?
I'm in Australia - - what a surprise that other countries have adopted more environmentally aware options! Congrats to them.
i use a few of them for cleaning in between cracks and things, like where the sink rests on the counter and the grout in the bathroom tile, things like that.
